family photo shoot - take 2
After my first family photo shoot I realized just how much PRACTICE I need! So when I decided to take another crack at the family shoot, I was lucky enough to have willing participants in the Reeves family (they also happen to be related to me, so that helps...)
We tried a new park out, and while it was a beautiful backdrop it was, um, interesting. First the park is a dog haven, so there were lots of special "presents" waiting for our feet. Second, there was a large smelly dumpster (?) near the entrance. But Sean, Rachel & Kensington wandered all over the park with me searching for that fabulous shot - thanks guys!
Here are some shots:
here's the dumpster - they were game to take some photos in front of it, until the stench overcame us all. I like the blue background though.
ah yes, the infamous vintage tint.
I'm still editing the photos, but so far I'm pretty happy with them - I'm always looking for more practice, though...

not sure if my fave it the one of Miss K @ their feet or the one of them swinging her! So cute!!!
great photos. wish you still lived up here so you could take some family portraits for us (sans stinky dumpster and dog presents).
What an adorable family! Great work!
thanks again! I'm off to order some right now!
Melissa, these pictures are beautiful, you did a fabulous job and Sean's family is adorable.
What a great shoot...you also had very nice models for it. The last pic in the vintage tint is so fabulous. I love it!!
