triple shot - why we live here

When I wonder why we paid an exorbitant amount of money for a smaller 1950s ranch home when we have friends living outside of California spending a fraction of what we spent and buying homes three times the size of ours, we enjoy a glorious Saturday at the beach.

And, for one sunny afternoon, it all makes sense.
